Overview

The Account Manager is the primary interface that is responsible for the development of business relationships with our clients’ customers. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for meeting the needs of your assigned accounts and being sure our client’s internal departments understand your customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer complaints for your assigned accounts.


  • Work to find solutions to any client concerns and managing internal departments to ensure your customer is experiencing a positive client company relationship.


  • Ability to be a flexible manager with various duties pertaining to your customer and our client.


  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure they fully understand the customer’s needs and concerns.


  • Provide timely update to the costumer regarding the progress of the resolution/s of their issues.


  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BA; MBA a plus (Strategic Account Manager Certificate a plus).


  • 3+ years’ experience in the Power Conversion Industry (i.e., Networking, Datacenters, Industrial.)


  • Automotive, EV-Charging or Energy / Renewable Energy.


  • Knowledge of AC Power Systems, power supplies (ACDC, DCDC, Inverters), battery charging, back-up battery; or battery storage.


  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal departments.


  • Collect all data and analyze the industry’s behavior to understand changing needs.


  • Possess a positive professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.


  • Excellent written. verbal, and listening communication skills.


  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.


  • Organized with attention to detail.


  • Work within a team environment as well as independently.


  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, etc…


  • Bilingual; English / Mandarin a plus.
