Overview
Our client is a relatively young startup designing renewable energy storage solutions for the
telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities
Manages a small team of Application Engineers.
Works closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to guide product strategies.
Provides technical support for customer success teams.
Works with marketing and engineering to provide product material.
Seeks feedback from field operations for continuous product improvement.
Works closely with project management for NPI.
Identifies and resolves conflicts.
Qualifications
BS or MS ME/EE/CE or equivalent knowledge of PV and Energy Storage Systems.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience in product design or systems engineering is required.
Experience with energy storage systems is preferred.
Experience serving as the bridge between engineering and sales teams.
Self-starter – must be willing/excited to roll up sleeves to create processes.
Possess excellent leadership & team-building skills.
Strong customer-facing presentation and communication skills.
Travel: 40% - 50%
