Overview
Our client is a relatively young startup designing renewable energy storage solutions for the
telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities
Coordinates with program managers to understand priorities.
Manages cross-functional teams in battery engineering, applications, and validation activities.
Identifies, communicates, and resolves conflicts or crossroads.
Helps to define project plans and schedules.
Collaborates with program management, sales, supply management, product design, industrial design, field operations, and manufacturing groups.
Seeks feedback from field operations for continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
Has successfully managed a team(s) to certify, launch, and deploy energy storage products.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience in NPI and related activities.
Experience with lithium-ion battery energy storage systems.
Experience with regulatory standards (i.e., UL 1973, UL 9540, NFPA 855, GR-CORE, NFPA 70E).
Possess excellent leadership & teamwork abilities.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
