Business Development Manager – Low Power

$180-190K (Base Salary)

Overview

Business Development and promotion of Power semiconductor IC and modules for board mounted power applications. Focus on strategic data center, networking, and communications infrastructure customers. Board mounted power products including high power charge pump and high efficiency POL regulator. Identify key strategic customers and outline strategic growth plan. Create customer accounts and mapping: key contacts – access points and key decision makers, customer products and architectures and how they map to our products. Develop customer TAM, SAM and develop opportunity funnel with clear revenue targets. Create sales collateral to support customer engagements and accelerate design-ins. Work closely with customers to solve technical/commercial issues. Work closely with the Biz Unit to Define future product concepts based on customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Business development and growth of strategic accounts.


  • Work closely with the Biz Unit to understand roadmaps and products.


  • Identify strategic accounts and develop a business development strategy for the Power portfolio.


  • Understand and map customer systems and identify areas where our products are best applied to provide maximum value to the customer.


  • Create sales collateral to support the promotion of products.


  • Engage customers and identify potential design-in sockets.


  • Create a growing Design-In Funnel of customer opportunities.


  • Persistently engage and network with customers at various levels and disciplines within their organization.


  • Provide new product concepts and influence roadmaps based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • MBA; Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.


  • 10+ years in relevant power management customer support, business development experience.


  • Combination of business and technical experience in Power Management semiconductor and/or module products.


  • Responsive, self-driven and directed, with a strong sense of ownership; Persistent, energetic.


  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills to interact with customers and internal teams.


  • Ability to solve complex customer problems within customer timelines.


  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.


Travel: 40% Domestic;10% International
