Responsibilities
Building, managing, and training a customer service team.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information regarding the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Qualifications
7+ years working in a manufacturing environment; preferably electronics.
2+ year management experience.
Secondary education helpful
