JustPower is a global placement agency specializing in the Power Conversion Industry. We have partnered with an EV Charging Stations Manufacturer to assist them with their search for a Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Building, managing, and training a customer service team.


  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints


  • Provide information regarding the products and services


  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns


  • Document and update customer records


  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years working in a manufacturing environment; preferably electronics.


  • 2+ year management experience.


  • Secondary education helpful
