Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results driven Proactive Inside Sales Lead for their DC Level

3 Fast Charger product family. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our inside sales

efforts focused on electric vehicle Level 3 DC Fast Chargers, promoting our EV products, and

driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads.


  • Nurture relationships


  • Convert prospects into satisfied customers.


  • Follow up on all quotations to closure.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.


  • Meet and/or exceed sales targets and quotas.


  • Negotiate contracts and deals with clients.


  • Identify and target potential customers interested in Level 3 DC Fast Charging.


  • Create and manage a lead database.


  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and digital marketing.


  • Proactively reach out to potential customers and respond to inquiries.


  • Provide comprehensive information on Level 3 DC Fast Charger products, features, benefits, and pricing.


  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.


  • Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up to date on the latest developments in Level 3 DC Fast Charger technology and trends.

  • Ensure in-depth knowledge of the company's Level 3 DC Fast Charger offerings and competitors & products.

  • Address customer queries and concerns with accurate information and expertise.


  • Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and strategies.

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote add-on products or services.


  • Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.


  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in EV sales.


  • Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; Not essential.


  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the Level 3 DC Fast Charger or Electrical.


  • Distribution industry.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Knowledge of Level 3 DC Fast Charger, charging infrastructure, and industry trends.


  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.


  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
