Responsibilities
Develop meaningful relationships with our client’s customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
Understand and demonstrate the product to customers.
Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
Qualifications
2+ years’ in relevant power supply or related products customer support.
Responsive, self-driven and directed, with a strong sense of ownership.
Persistent, energetic.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
Ability to communicate customer problems within customer timelines.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Travel: Light – Western Region of USA
