Overview

Our client offers the highest quality charging solutions, power management modules and backup power products in the market today. As the Integration Manager you will oversee the integration of systems and processes within the company. You will ensure the different departments and technologies can communicate and work together seamlessly. As the Integration Manager you will develop strategies to unify systems, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency. You will also collaborate with internal and external customers to identify issues and provide solutions. The Integration manager will ensure the organization's technology infrastructure supports business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and directs the Integration Engineering team to meet company objectives for product system design, new product development, and improvement of existing product lines.


  • This position manages all employees within the UPS and EV Charging engineering function having a mechanical and electrical engineering background; and is responsible for managing the team’s performance, establishing, and maintaining metrics, and hiring of employees.


  • The Integration Engineering Manager plays a critical role in ensuring reliable, on-time and within budget new product launches for rapid business growth in an evolving and growing market.


  • This position is expected to implement Product Life Cycle and Product Data practices, implement organizational and industry best practices, and oversee employee mentoring and development.


  • The position also plays a leading role in new product development (NPD) planning as well as a seamless transition to the Operations team for production.


  • The Engineering Manager is capable of being a functioning member of the Integration Engineering Team in their respective discipline, potentially the Lead Engineer within that dicipline.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree: BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is helpful but not required.


  • BA/MBA; helpful.


  • Knowledge of Power Conversion (i.e. UPS; ACDC); EV Charging and/or Battery Backup Products; required.


  • Product Standards (UL) and Installation Code (NEC) knowledge for the Electrical industry.


  • 3+ years’ Team Management experience.


  • 5+ years’ Integration or Project Management experience.


  • 7+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.


  • Project management expertise; required.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.
