Collaboration with colleagues at all levels will be the key to this person’s success as our client enters a new era changing the customers view of the company to be more than just an ODM and EMS of products, but a solutions provider of multiple product lines into the automotive market by bringing one face of the company to the customer.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a cross-functional group of sales personnel and other supporting staff from other departments, ensure an effective organization and infrastructure.
Develop and execute US business strategies based on the company's annual operating goals and market needs and lead the business team to achieve the goals.
Identify new business opportunities and build trusted relationships with the goal to position our client as a preferred partner.
Acts as the main point of escalation both internally and externally with the customers.
Lead the business team for market new customer penetration, new product development, set the key performance indicators of the subordinate.
Leading subordinates by assigning according to their qualifications with appropriate structure and instruction to perform their tasks with effectiveness.
Set performance indicators for departments and subordinates, review actual performance and executive performance appraisal on a regular basis.
Review business quotations and business contracts.
Negotiations on C-level business issues, final decision rest on TPE headquarter.
Planning and management of the manpower and resources, annual budget review and control.
Qualifications
Highly relevant sales leadership experience and track record.
15+ years of experience of a combination profound and practical experience in managing relations between HQ and regional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellence C-level topic management skills.
Proven ability to build, develop and lead competent teams.
Significant experience of working in a cross-functional, international, and complex environment.
Previous market, product or business development startup experience within a larger organization.
