
Overview
Our client offers the highest quality charging solutions, power management modules and backup power
products in the market today. This position will provide leadership of the Edge Energy product line for
our client. Included is managing the revenue and margin of the product line along with the new product
development roadmap and its execution. This role will formulate and implement the product line
strategy, marketing plans and profitable growth programs for the Edge Energy product line. Involved
with business development activities for the product line.
Responsibilities
Manage the sales, margin and new product development roadmap of our client’s Edge Energy portfolio.
Evaluate program financial viability and product family profitability, working closely with sales, business development and project management.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program and product status throughout its life cycle.
Gathers/Documents voice of customer and market knowledge to implement in new product development projects and matching our client’s products to their customer/market needs
Create and update sales team enablement/training along with helping a positive digital end-customer experience.
Perform competitive analysis and develop product competitive comparisons.

Qualifications
MBA; BA Business Administration (helpful)
Associate or Bachelor of Science and related work experience; additional education or certification in PLM or SAP is a plus
Knowledge of Battery Backup, Storage, UPSs, Rectifiers, Inverters; a plus
