Overview
Responsible for the support and sustaining of existing products throughout our client’s product line, utilizing internal and external resources as necessary to ensure product issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Work closely with all departments to ensure products and processes are maintained and issues affecting product quality or manufacturability are resolved quickly.
Implement new product design as identified.
implement product improvements as identified.
Implement product cost improvements as identified.
Create test specifications and provide test and manufacturing support as required.
Provide technical support to customers or other departments as required.
Assist in the development of new standard and custom products, including safety agency (UL, CSA).
Other duties as assigned.
