Overview
Our client offers the highest quality charging solutions, power management modules and backup power products in the market today. As the Project Manager, you will lead various Electric Vehicle (EV)
Charging and Edge Energy (EE) new product development programs for our client. This will include
leading the project management function during the development of EV and EE products and supporting the product life cycle after-market launch. During product development, this position will lead a cross functional team to ensure efficient, on-time, on-budget program. After launch, this position will continue to support the new product families to ensure profitable success in a rapidly growing market segment.
Responsibilities
High-level management and leadership skills.
Detail oriented with ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.
Establish and maintain well defined and concise project goals and budgets.
Evaluate program financial viability and product family profitability.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program and product status throughout its life cycle.
Gathers/Documents voice of customer and market knowledge to implement in new product development projects and matching our clients’ products to customer/market needs.
Organizing productive and team meetings with project stakeholders to achieve joint goals.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Coordinate with marketing and marcom teams to support sales team enablement along with helping a positive digital end-customer experience.
Strongly customer focused.
Qualifications
Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Degree from an accredited university
3-5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
Current Project Management experience
Experience working in an ISO 9001 facility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST
