Reports to: Director of Sales / Marketing
Industry Focus: Military & Aerospace
Immigration Status: US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Work remotely in the assigned region to find and develop new business opportunities aligned with company goals. Manage customer relations and activities, maintaining a professional and ethical image.
Responsibilities
Perform duties in alignment with the company's Strategic Sales Plan.
Understand the regional customer base.
Establish a variety of professional contacts across current and potential accounts.
Maintain customer relationships through consistent communication and scheduled visits.
Oversee manufacturers’ representatives while simultaneously sustaining direct client relationships.
Provide information to current and potential customers about the company's products and capabilities.
Identify and develop potential sales opportunities.
Assess technical requirements and business opportunities to provide recommendations regarding potential pursuits.
Support the process of booking new business.
Join industry associations, attend trade shows, and organize customer seminars and meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelors of Science, Electrical Engineering; BA; MBA a plus
3 – 5 years’ of progressively responsible sales/marketing experience in defense electronics / aerospace industry.
Power modules or power supply sales experience preferred.
