Overview

Reports to: Director of Sales / Marketing

Industry Focus: Military & Aerospace

Work remotely in the assigned region to find and develop new business opportunities aligned with company goals. Manage customer relations and activities, maintaining a professional and ethical image.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties in alignment with the company's Strategic Sales Plan.


  • Understand the regional customer base.


  • Establish a variety of professional contacts across current and potential accounts.


  • Maintain customer relationships through consistent communication and scheduled visits.


  • Oversee manufacturers’ representatives while simultaneously sustaining direct client relationships.


  • Provide information to current and potential customers about the company's products and capabilities.


  • Identify and develop potential sales opportunities.


  • Assess technical requirements and business opportunities to provide recommendations regarding potential pursuits.


  • Support the process of booking new business.


  • Join industry associations, attend trade shows, and organize customer seminars and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Science, Electrical Engineering; BA; MBA a plus


  • 3 – 5 years’ of progressively responsible sales/marketing experience in defense electronics / aerospace industry.


  • Power modules or power supply sales experience preferred.
