Sales Account Manager/Regional Sales Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidates would be capable of bringing new business to the company and good at business development. 


  • The candidate can maintain current business relationship. Bringing high quality customers (Tier 1) would be highly preferred, such as Amazon, Dell, Apple, and Google etc.


  • The candidate must have experience in the power supply field, preferably with hardware manufacturer background.


  • The expected sales volume should be $10 million revenue or more per year.


  • The compensation would be base salary + commission. The candidate could expect 25% commission of base salary or more. There is no cap for the commission.

Qualifications

  • BA/MBA; MS/BSEE or a technical degree in a related field is preferred; Not essential.


  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the power conversion industry.


  • In-depth knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, including EV DC fast charger technologies, standards, and best practices.


  • Strong networking and prospecting skills with the ability to identify and target potential customers effectively.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.


  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at various organizational levels.


  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and meeting sales targets.


  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
