
Overview
The ideal candidates would be capable of bringing new business to the company and
good at business development. The candidate will maintain current business
relationships with customers, bringing high quality customers (Tier-II and Tier-III) would
be highly preferred, such as Amazon, Microsoft and Google etc.
The candidate must have experience in the power supply field, preferably with a
hardware manufacturer background.

Qualifications
BA/MBA; MS/BSEE or a technical degree in a related field is preferred; Not essential.
Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the power conversion industry.
Strong networking and prospecting skills with the ability to identify and target potential customers effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at various organizational levels.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Bilingual: English/Mandarin; a plus
