
Overview
Our client is an international manufacturer of AC/DC power supplies, and LED Drives for a wide
range of demanding industry applications including medical, lighting, telecom, and rail. Our
client is interested in a Business Development oriented candidate. As the Sales Engineer you
will work closely with the General Manager – North America.
Responsibilities
Gather, qualify, report, and convert CRM leads and prospective customer information into orders
Identify lead and program stakeholders
Develop and nurture stable communications with program stakeholders
Coordinate with the Program Manager and General Manager responses to RFQs
Professionally representing the company in front of customers, distributors, and manufacturer’s representatives
Coordinate in-person and remote customer meetings utilizing Microsoft Teams
Manage sales opportunities through distributors
Manage, funnel, close orders, and generate referrals
Forecast sales accurately
Qualifications
Electrical, Mechanical. or Industrial Engineering Degree from an accredited university
MBA, BA in Communications or Journalism; helpful
1-2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience in Electronics, Electromechanics, Electronic Components, or Instrumentation; helpful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST
