Technical Sales Account Manager/Regional Sales Manager

Overview

The ideal candidates would be capable of bringing new business to the company and

good at business development. The candidate will maintain current business

relationships with customers, bringing high quality customers (Tier-II and Tier-III) would

be highly preferred. The candidate must have experience in the power supply field, preferably with a

hardware manufacturer background.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer’s technical questions in time and record all issues accordingly.


  • On-site support for key account customers


  • Collaboration with other team members locally and worldwide.


  • Work with the engineering teams for NPI programs, facilitating technical communications, on-site testing and debugging.


  • Work with customers to identify new RFQ opportunities, to understand and communicate customers product roadmap to engineering teams.


  • Capture new design wins


  • Cross competitive products


  • Identify future product and technology trends and report them to Marketing.


  • Visit customers and solve existing application issues and problems.


  • Coordinate and present the latest product information to customers and staff in the assigned area


  • Assist with translation of data sheets / web materials / promotional items where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • BA/MBA; MS/BSEE or a technical degree in a related field is preferred; Essential


  • Proven track record of success in outside sales and/or field applications engineering, in the power conversion industry.


  • Strong networking and prospecting skills with the ability to identify and target potential customers effectively.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.


  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at various organizational levels.


  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and meeting sales targets.


  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.


  • Bilingual: Mandarin/English; a plus
